House Network is not only surviving one of the worst slumps in the property market, but is actually growing. That is good news for house sellers.
I was pleased to receive an email from House Network today which said that they are having to move offices as they have now outgrown their old premises.
According to the email, they have been growing steadily for the last six years.
House network dramatically cut the costs of selling your home, compared to using a conventional estate agent. They create the marketing details for you and then advertise your property on portals such as RightMove.
You can save literally thousands of pounds using a service like theirs when you are selling your house.
As people seem more optimistic about the housing market, at the moment, and are looking at alternative ways of marketing their property, it seems House Network are set for further growth in months to come.
I have long thought that conventional estate agents charge too much, although I recognise that they have high advertising costs and do incur costs in showing potential buyers around your home.
High street Estate Agents also provide a valuable service in helping complete chains and closing the sale, however for those who can do much of this themselves, agents like House Network offer far better value, in my opinion.
So House Network survival and growth is good news for them and good news for house sellers.
